The Caspian-Alpine Society, in collaboration with the Azerbaijan Neuroscience Society, is proud to announce the imminent launch of the ambitious international project, “Bridges of Knowledge: Azerbaijan-Switzerland in Neuroscience”. This initiative represents a unique educational and research platform aimed at strengthening scientific ties and facilitating the exchange of knowledge between young Azerbaijani scientists and leading neuroscience institutes in Switzerland.
The purpose of this initiative is to create an environment for a ten-day exchange visit by Azerbaijani scientists to Switzerland, where they will have the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the latest achievements in the field of neuroscience, exchange experiences, and strengthen international scientific cooperation.
In the rapidly evolving world of science, international knowledge exchange plays a crucial role in achieving significant breakthroughs. “Bridges of Knowledge: Azerbaijan-Switzerland in Neuroscience” opens new horizons for young scientists, fostering their professional growth and development.
The project will be realized through a series of events, including lectures, practical sessions, and laboratory visits, allowing participants to establish professional connections and lay the groundwork for future joint research and projects. It is expected that at least ten young researchers from Azerbaijan will participate in the exchange visit, significantly contributing to the development of the country’s scientific potential.
To implement this project, the Caspian-Alpine Society and the Azerbaijan Neuroscience Society plan to seek funding from governmental and private funds, sponsors, and also consider the use of crowdfunding platforms.
“Bridges of Knowledge: Azerbaijan-Switzerland in Neuroscience” represents a step towards forming a solid foundation for international scientific exchange and cooperation, aimed at addressing current issues in neuroscience and contributing to the scientific and cultural enrichment of both countries.
